Express Your Feelings

If there is anything you feel must be dealt with, express your feelings about the problem. Don’t label it as wrong or bad; instead tell your partner how the specific behavior makes you feel. This helps her or him to better understand why you are bothered by it and may well resolve the problem.

It’s not that difficult if you just remember whom this great person has been to you and what you saw in him or her from the beginning. Use that as a starting point anytime you face problems and it will help you overcome them.

Tell your partner how you feel about him or her. Do you believe that your partner knows how you feel? Are you taking it for granted that they know the level of love that you feel? Don’t wait any longer, say it now.
